Returning Valves For Remanufacture/Repair Procedure
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION READILY AVAILABLE BEFORE COORDINATING YOUR VALVE RETURN:
- The bill-to address (who we will be billing for this order)
- The ship-to address (who we will ship to once repaired)
- The product and/or part number of what is being returned for repair and the appropriate quantities
- Your PO #
- Any valve markings (serial number, etc.) or car number markings that might be helpful for repair
DIRECTIONS:
- Contact Martin Lopez (847-677-0333, ext. 217; martinL@midlandmfg.net) for your RMA # (return authorization number)
- Steve Wells (847-677-0333, ext. 170; steveW@midlandmfg.net) should be utilized as a back-up contact if Martin is unavailable
- The RMA # should be clearly noted on the exterior of the packaging and/or on the packing slip for easy identification upon receipt at Midland
- Please return valves to MIDLAND MANUFACTURING (ATTN: Return/Repair), 7733 Gross Point Road, Skokie, IL 60077
REMEMBER TO NOTE THE RMA # ON THE PACKAGING BEFORE RETURNING TO ENSURE IMMEDIATE IDENTIFICATION AND PROCESSING
